For a project team delivering an SAP S/4HANA implementation, we are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant who will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, and implementation support of financial accounting and controlling processes for the end client.

Responsibilities

• Participation in the full SAP FICO implementation lifecycle

• Analysis of the client’s business requirements in the Finance & Controlling area

• Collaboration with other SAP streams (MM, SD, HR, ABAP) to ensure process integration

For an SAP greenfield implementation project for a client from the automotive industry, we are looking for an SAP PP/QM Consultant.

Project

For our client, we are looking for an experienced professional to join the Data Services / SAP Data Migration team on a permanent employment contract.

Our client is a global engineering group headquartered in Sweden, operating worldwide in the polymer technology industry. For over a hundred years, the company has been designing and manufacturing high-quality solutions based on elastomer and polymer materials, including seals, hoses, vibration damping components, protection systems, and technical components for the industrial, automotive, marine, and medical sectors. The company is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

Key organizational details:

• Location: Silesian Voivodeship, Poland

• Work model: Hybrid – 3 days remote, 2 days from the office

Scope of the role:

• Participation in data migration projects to SAP S/4HANA (master and transactional data) from legacy systems

• Analysis of source data structures, definition of source-to-target mappings, and creation of migration rules for SAP data objects

• Close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive data cleansing and enrichment activities

• Development of stable, reusable migration programs using SAP Data Services (BODS), Migration Cockpit, and LSMW

• Work with SAP modules: MM, SD, PP, FICO

• Planning of migration cycles, considering data object dependencies, comprehensive test scenarios, and support in cutover planning

• Oversight of migration execution, performance optimization, root cause analysis, post-load evaluation, and reporting

• Preparation of technical documentation, data mapping files, application manuals, and training materials

Requirements:

• University degree in IT or a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP data migration projects, preferably in an S/4HANA environment

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools, especially SAP Data Services (BODS), LTMC, SAP Fiori applications, and LSMW

• Advanced expertise in SAP Migration Object Modeler and in designing custom migration objects

• Strong understanding of SAP data structures and business processes in Sales, Logistics/Production, and Finance/Controlling

• Advanced knowledge of SQL / SQL Script, with basic ABAP programming and debugging skills
